Well the fall is here and that can only mean one thing, the return of some great sports viewing! That’s right folks, football is back and the baseball playoffs are right around the corner. At the time of this writing the Arizona Diamondbacks have now won 13 games in a row and the Arizona Cardinals will kick off their season against the Detroit Lions this weekend. We here at Biddle & Brown Fence are excited for sure.
Speaking of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Biddle & Brown Fence was recently honored to be recognized at Chase Field for being the fence contractor for the recently completed Paul Goldschmidt Little League Field in Goodyear, Arizona. Since 2000, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation has built or refurbished 39 youth baseball and softball fields across Arizona as part of the “Diamonds Back” Field Building Program representing a charitable investment of more than $10 million. In partnership with APS and a charitable gift from individual players, the program has allowed children from across the state to play baseball and softball at quality facilities. The project included all brand new chain link fence for the field and dugouts. Biddle & Brown Fence is proud to have been part of such a great project that benefits our communities youth!
Another large job that we recently completed was for Sahuaro Elementary School in Phoenix. This project took almost 3 months for our hard working crews to complete and consisted of over 3500 feet of chain link fence, 850 feet of wrought iron fence, over 20 gates and even included a secure bike rack cage. The transformation of the school grounds is absolutely beautiful and we are sure that both the students and the faculty are thrilled with their new surroundings!
